Conditions of Hire
- Access to the property will be available from 3pm on the date of arrival.
- Property must be vacated by 10am on date of departure
- Gas and electricity charges are included
- No pets allowed in the property
- There is no WIFI in the property
- The property is to be left in a clean and tidy condition
- Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided
- Site rules must be adhered to at all times
- Sleeps up to 6 (1 double, 2 singles, 1 pull-out bed)
- Car parking facilities available adjacent to the property
- The £50 deposit is non-refundable
