A luxury ground floor apartment in the port area of Javea, described as the jewel of the Costa Blanca, 5 mins walk from the beach. Now with UKTV. This modern ground floor apartment has air conditioning and under floor heating in all rooms. The accommodation comprises of a fully fitted kitchen, living/dining room, two bedrooms (sleeps 4 people), two bathrooms, patio area, own private patio with access to communal pool and jacuzzi. There are ample parking spaces outside the apartment. This is a small complex of only 26 apartments. Wifi now available.

The arrival dates are flexible. The apartment is approximately just over 1 hour from both Alicante and Valencia Airports. Regular flights can be found from all major UK airports.

The apartment will be available from 4 pm on the day of arrival to 10 am on day of departure, this is to allow for cleaning, however we can be flexible depending on changeovers.

A 20% non-re-fundable deposit is required in the event of cancellation.

Clients booking within 8 weeks of the arrival date are required to pay the full rental cost at time of booking.

As for advanced bookings the total rental cost is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date.

Linen will be provided with the exception of beach towels. Please note, there is a washing machine in the apartment but if you require fresh linen there will be an extra charge. Please state when you book if you require this service.

A key & refundable breakages deposit of £150 is required.

Cots are available for hire on request.
Cable TV is now installed, with over 20 English channels.
