Conditions of Hire
- Access to the property will be available from 4pm on the date of arrival.
- Property must be vacated by 10am on date of departure
- Gas and electricity charges are included
- 3 Bedrooms, Sleeps up to 8 people
- There is no WIFI in the property
- The property is to be left in a clean and tidy condition
- Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided
- Site rules must be adhered to at all times
- Car parking facilities available adjacent to the property
