Mojacar, a thriving seaside resort with sandy beaches is just 15 minutes drive, and the nearest shops in Turre are just 5 minutes drive.

Cortijo Grande Valley and the adjacent Sierra Cabrera Mountains host 5 restaurants and bars and the nearby village of Turre has almost every restaurant food known to man.

The valley used to have a thriving 9-hole golf course, but sadly due to lack of funds to pay for water it is now very dry. There are 4 sets of golf clubs at the villa for guests to use for either a hack round the arid course for free or to pay and play at the nearby Valle de Este, Marina Golf or other local courses.

Almeria airport is just 40 minutes’ drive, Murcia Airport is 1 hour 30 minutes and Alicante 2 hours.

£600 a week high season. This is not a business we just wish to cover annual costs.
